We offer a variety of popular food stations with onsite chefs for private functions, company parties, wedding celebrations and cocktail parties. For example, our menus range from classic North American fare to intercontinental themes including Asian, European and South American cuisine. However you'd like to celebrate, every station is fully customized for your event.

Each station is staffed by a dedicated chef — all food prepared fresh on-site

🍝Pasta Station

Spaghetti or Penne with your choice of Alfredo, Tomato or Rose sauce, mixed with seasonal vegetables and Italian Sicilian meatballs. Served with a Traditional Caesar Salad and assorted dinner rolls.

🥙Mediterranean Station

Mini grilled chicken and beef kabobs, falafels with a tahini dipping sauce and chicken shawarma. Comes with Hummus, Baba ganoush, Tzatziki and grilled pita bread. Salads include Fattoush and Tabbouleh.

🌮Mexican Station

Chicken or beef fajitas in warm tortilla shells with sautéed peppers and onions. Quesadillas with marinated chicken, diced tomato and green onions topped with mozzarella. Served with sour cream, guacamole and a Pico salsa with tortilla chips.

🥒Crêpe Station

Made-to-order savoury crêpes filled with asparagus, brie, mushroom, leek or broccoli and cheddar. Also features dessert crêpes with Nutella, assorted berries, bananas, whipping cream, caramel, strawberry and chocolate sauces. Served with a California Salad and dinner rolls.

🍔Slider & Poutine Station

Beef sliders with melted brie and caramelized onion mayo. Chicken sliders with sweet chili mayo and mango salsa. Freshly cut yellow potato fries topped with your choice of cheese curds, cheddar or mozzarella and hot gravy. Served with a garlic aioli.

🍜Asian Noodle Station

Udon noodles with broccoli, assorted peppers, sautéed mushrooms, bok choy and bean sprouts. Choice of tofu, grilled chicken, shrimp or assorted dumplings, sautéed in our house-made Asian sauce. Topped with wonton croutons, sliced mushrooms and bean sprouts with an Asian creamy dressing.

★Children's Station

Freshly made chicken fingers, mini hot dogs, chicken and beef sliders, French fries and poutine, pogo sticks, mini pizzas, individual ramekins of macaroni and cheese or penne with a tomato sauce, and self-made sundae bars.

🍣Japanese Station

Assorted sushi including California rolls, shrimp, tuna and spicy salmon. Assorted sashimi with beef, chicken, vegetable and shrimp dumplings. Vegetable and shrimp tempura with a saki/soy dipping sauce. Asian lettuce wraps filled with noodles, tofu, chicken and vegetables with a sweet chili soy sauce.

🍁Canadian Station

Slowly roasted beef with a mushroom jus and a breaded chicken parmesan topped with a zesty tomato sauce and melted parmesan cheese. Oven roasted mini dill and garlic potatoes with grilled balsamic vegetables. Comes with a Spinach Salad and assorted dinner rolls.

🔥BBQ Station

Grilled sirloin strips, marinated chicken and pork kabobs grilled to perfection. Freshly made corn on the cob with an assortment of flavoured butters. Served with Asian Apple Slaw, Pasta Caprese and a Sweet Potato Salad with assorted dinner rolls.
